Imphal, January 8 (NNN): Manipur Chief Minister, N Biren Singh felicitated Guinness World Record holder in Limbo Skating, Tiluck Keisham by presenting a cash reward of Rs. 5 lakh at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat in Imphal today. In May last year, 8-year-old Master Tiluck broke his own record in Limbo Skating by propelling himself 145 metres or 475 ft and 7 inches, beneath poles just 30 cm high. Tiluck’s earlier Guinness World Record set in December 2015 was 116 metres. Manipur Works Minister Th Biswajit, Forest and Environment Minister Th Shyamkumar, Education Minister Th. Radheshyam and Youth Affairs and Sports Director N. Praveen were also present at the occasion.
