Newmai News Network Senapati | March 21 The tripartite talk involving the United Naga Council (UNC), the Central Government and the State Government of Manipur on the district creation issue has been deferred to March 23, Friday. Sources however said that the venue of the talks is unchanged. The last round of tripartite talks on the district creation issue was held on November 10, 2017 in Senapati district headquarters where the parties had decided that the “next round of the talks will be held on February 23, 2018.” However, it was deferred to March 22.
