A young Naga man walking the streets of Dimapur on December 8 caught the attention of passersby because of the peculiar attire he had chosen for his 'march'. With the Naga flag draped around him and the Indian flag in his hand, the man was headed for the State Capital, Kohima. Not divulging much about his journey, the young man conveyed his concerns about the state of affairs in Nagaland—'total dependency on the Central funds for everything' being one of them.
