Market Access Facility Building at Lampong Wakching village was inaugurated on November 11.
Mon, November 11 (MExN): The Market Access Facility Building at Lampong Wakching village was inaugurated on November 11. His majesty, Y Longme Chief Angh of Wakching Village inaugurated the building in the presence of H Shou Khiamniungan, District Project Officer, FOCUS (IFAD) Mon, stated a press release received here. Youngwan, Deacon offered the building dedication prayer. S Moiyan, Village Council Chairman welcomed all the attendees from the department, Chingdang Village and Wakching Village. He thanked the staffs from FOCUS (IFAD) for supporting the village in building the first Government housing structure in the village since its recognition in the year 2014.
He promised that the village council shall maintain and look after the building even in the days to come. H Shou Khiamniungan, DPO encouraged the public to be sincere towards the Government when executing such works. He thanked the Lampong Wakching public for cooperating with the department and constructing the building as per the guidelines. The programme concluded after the benediction prayer by Wangshem, ex-deacon.
