Dimapur, September 1 (MExN): The Muslim Council Dimapur has informed all Masjids and Panjagana Committees of Dimapur that namaz may be started at their respective prayer houses with effect from September 1, with strict adherence to standard operating procedures laid down by the Government.
“Social distancing during namaz, no use of water inside the premises for ‘wudu,’ thermal checking at the entry with 30% capacity of namazis are some of the mandatory guidelines to be followed,”
MCD Working President A Rahman said in a letter on Tuesday. Sanitization of the complex/premises is a must, it added. It also requested all the management committees of the Masjids and Panjaganas to strictly follow the guidelines and help the government during this pandemic.
