TULI, FEBRUARY 6 (MExN): A Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Outreach Camp was organised at Tuli Community Health Centre on February 6.
The camp was organised by the Office of the Chief Medical Officer Mokokchung in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society and Dr Imkongliba Memorial District Hospital Mokokchung.
The outreach camp aimed to provide family planning services to the community and to address maternal and child health-related issues. Family planning services including tubectomy, vasectomy and IUCD insertion were provided during the camp.
According to the organisers, the medical team performed four CuT insertions and fourteen tubal ligation procedures during the camp. Participants included members of the local community as well as residents from nearby villages.
