Matter pertaining to SBI Wokha branch

The State Bank of India is one of the largest financial institutions in the country and over the years a lot of changes which are meant for the general public have taken place. 

However, there is one thing which I have observed in the SBI Wokha branch for the last few years that demands an immediate attention of the general manager. 

The new laws which have come into force that governs the system of the institution which are indeed meant for the betterment of the citizens have also become a burden due to the lack of effective and practical approach to mitigating the issue of unauthorised and personified indulgence in withdrawal/ collection of money.  

The physically sick, the senior citizens and those coming from the villages with plans to return the same day have become the most affected ones facing unwanted challenges there is no exclusive counter/ booth that is reserved/ built for catering to their needs. We have to remember that they cannot stand in the queue for a long time or having limited and specified time to catch the public transportation for returning to their villages. 

It is understood that laws/ policies can only become effective and successful if only executed and implemented with appropriate strategies. Now, therefore, to ease the burden of the exclusively mentioned category of your esteemed customers the undersigned on behalf of the general public beseech your benevolent intervention as your earliest convenience for setting up a dedicated booth/ counter and for which act of your kindness the public of Wokha district shall remain ever grateful.
