Herold Camping, President of the Family Radio Christian Network who wrote a self-published book in 1992 proclaimed that the END TIME would come on September 4, 1994 but when it (Rapture) failed to occur on the appointed or predicted day said he had made a Mathematical error.
In the interview with SPGATE in 2011, he explained, “I was an engineer I was very interested in the numbers I’d wonder, why did God put this numbers in, or that number in? It was not a question of unbelief, it was a question of, “There must be a reason for it.”
According to Camping, “The number 5 equals “atonement”, the number 10 equals “Completeness”, and the number 17 equals “Heaven”.
“Christ is said to have hung on the cross on April 1, 33 A.D the time between April 1, 33 A.D and April 1, 2011 is 1978 years.
“If 1978 is multiplied by 365.2422 days (the number of days in a solar year, not to be confused with lunar year) the result is 722,449. The time between April 1 and May 21 is 51 days.
“51 added to 722,499 is 722,500.
“(5x10x17) 2 or (atonement x Completeness x heaven) 2 also equals 722,500.
Thus Camping concludes that 5x10x17 is telling us a story from the time Christ made payment for our Sins until we’re completely saved.
After publishing the interview of the above Camping’s conclusion based on the biblical numerology in California where he lives, some Vehicles in San Francisco began to ply with the proclamation of the Herold Camping’s prediction. We also see the sign boards proclaiming the 21 May 2011 as a possible Rupture Day in various cities as shown in T.V. Russia Today (RT) programme.

For as the days of Noah were, so will be the coming of the Son of Man…….. they knew nothing until the flood came and swept them away, so too will be the coming of the Son of Man…….. Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an unexpected hour.” (Mathew 24:36-37, 39, 44).
