OCYU draws with Moanungsang Memorial SC
Mokokchung, October 4 (MExN): Underdogs, OCYU and Moanungsang Memorial Sporting Club today kicked off the first match of the MDFA Trophy 2016 here today at Imkongmeren Sports Complex which was witnessed by hundreds of school students, officials from the Department of Youth Resources & Sports, the MDFA officials and others.
OCYU and Moanunang Sporting Club are the few among the twenty one teams competing for the prestigious annual MDFA Trophy.
The match was equally balanced. The MMSC and OCYU tried their best to make a score and take a notch at the 2016 MDFA Trophy. The match ended 0-0.
Imtisungkum (Jersey No 12) of Moanungsang Memorial Sporting Club was awarded a yellow card for unfair play in the first half of the match.
On Wednesday, October 5, there will be four matches starting from 9:00 am.
