NU Lumami and Zonipang SA registered wins in their respective matches at the ongoing MDFA Trophy today.
NU Lumami won against Mosaic 1-0. The lone goal of the match was scored by Tongpangmeren of NU Lumami in 40th minute of the game.
The second match between Unicorn FC and SSS Blue ended in a draw with both the teams failing to score any goal till the last minute. Both the teams made equal attempts but failed to get the ball through the net.
Zonipang registered their first win of the tournament against YA Marepkong. Salu Kulim scored the only goal of the match in the first 14th Minute of the game. The second half of the match was dominated by YA Marepkong with a ball possession of 60-40. YA Marepkong had 7 shots on target but could not equalise. Ketho Zahapu of SA Zonipang FC was given a yellow card in the 62th minute of the game.
