Kohima, September 1 (MExN): As per the Constitution of India Youth Congress (IYC), Nagaland Pradesh Youth Congress President Vilhousielie Kenguruse has appointed Obendangba Jamir as President of Mokokchung District Youth Congress (MDYC) with immediate effect. Others office bearers included vice President- Alemchiba, Imkum and Talimoa, General Secretary (Adm)- Nungshitemsu, Secretaries Tiakala and Ayala. The installation of the new team of DYC was held on August 29.
