National People’s Party (NPP) candidate Mecieno Swu for the upcoming ULB Election 2024 from Ward 4 (Nagabazar), Kohima today declared that her top priority for polls will be empowering and bringing the unprivileged section of people into the mainstream.
Speaking at the campaign kick-off programme at Rongmei Community Hall Kathuilong, Nagabazar, she assured that given the opportunity to serve the people, she will actively work for community participation to create a model ward and empower livelihood to development. She urged everyone to support her in the upcoming ULB election.
Dr Tseilhoutuo Rhutso, MLA, 9 Kohima town A/C assured that if NPP is given the opportunity he will make a colony a better place.
The programme was chaired by Bao Kruomo while Thepfusavi Suohu delivered welcome address. Vote of thanks was delivered by Sano (Tali) Koza.
