Advocacy workshop on tobacco control An advocacy workshop on tobacco control for all the dental surgeons of Kohima district and declaration of tobacco free dental clinics will be held at De Oriental Grand Hotel, Kohima on November 24 at 2:00 pm. The workshop will be chaired by Indian Dental Association NSB president, Dr. P. Koza, while State Nodal Officer (NTCP) and Jt. Director, DHFW, Dr. H. Chishi will speak on the role of dental surgeons in tobacco control and Addl. Director, DHFW, Dr. N. Savino will announce the declaration of tobacco free dental clinics. Deputy Commissioner of Kohima, Rovilatuo Mor will also give a short speech and vote of thanks will be given by District Nodal Officer, NTCP, Dr. Arenla Walling. Chief Medical Officer, Kohima, Dr. Avino Metha has requested all concerned to attend the programme positively. NPYC Working President handing & taking over There will be a ‘Handing Over- Taking Over’ meeting of Working President of Nagaland Pradesh Youth Congress (NPYC) on November 24, 11:00 am at Congress Bhavan, Kohima. Amarinder Singh Raja, President, Indian Youth Congress had appointed Vilhousielie Kengruse as the Working President of NPYC replacing Hitilo Tep recently.
