BJP Nagaland condoles
Dimapur, July 2 (MExN): The BJP Nagaland has conveyed condolences to the bereaved family of Lima Onen Chang, BJP State Secretary on the demise of his father on July 1, 2016. The BJP Nagaland prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace and for the comfort of the family he has left behind.
NSSO celebrates 10th Statistics Day
Kohima, July 2 (MExN): The National Sample Survey Office (NSSO), Field Operations Division (FOD), Regional Office Kohima celebrated the 10th Statistics Day on June 29 at its office. Celebrated all over the country coinciding with the birth anniversary of Late Professor PC Mahalanobis, the theme for this year's celebration was "Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare". MM Singh, Director, NSSO (FOD), Regional Office Kohima presented the keynote address focusing on the theme of the day. The programme was conducted by Atheni Pfozi, Junior Statistical Officer, while welcome address was delivered by Orenthung Patton, Senior Statistical Officer. Vote of thanks was delivered by LK Ngathingkhui, Senior Statistical Officer.
