Dimapur, March 14 (MExN): The Consumer Society Dimapur District informs all its Advisory Board members, office bearers and executive members to attend the World Consumer Rights’ Day on March 15. CSDD general secretary Khekivi Wotsa in a press release stated that the programme will be conducted at the CSDD office premises (Millenium Market) at 8:00 am on March 15.
NBC Chumu silver jubilee
Dimapur, March 14 (MExN): The Nepali Baptist Church, Chumukedima Village, Dimapur will be celebrating Silver Jubilee on March 16 at 10:00 am under the theme ‘Walk in Light.’ Rev. Moa Longchar, Pastor, Baptist Mission Church, Kohima will be the main speaker. Therefore, all church members and well wishers are informed to take part in the anniversary celebration. DC Wokha informs
Wokha, March 14 (DIPR): The Deputy Commissioner, Wokha has informed to all concern that, the Additional Chief Secretary & Commissioner, Nagaland will be visiting Wokha district on March 17 and will convene meeting with all Heads of Offices at 11:00 a.m. at Lotsu EAC Hqr. In this regard all Heads of Offices are directed to make themselves available in person positively with updated status of all developmental/administrative activities under the district. Also a meeting with administrative officers will be held at the residence of Deputy Commissioner Wokha at 5:00 p.m.
Health Camp at Mon cancelled
Dimapur, March 14 (MExN): The Zion Hospital & Research Centre Dimapur has expressed regret to inform the public of Mon District that the Free Multispeciality Health Camp to be conducted by Zion Hospital & Research Centre Dimapur on March 26, 2011 at Civil Hospital, Mon Town, has been cancelled. “We have been informed by the Mon Civil Hospital Authorities that the hospital is not in a position to host the camp due to the ongoing construction at the hospital,” ZHRC Medical Superintendent informed in a press release.
Inspection of Sainik School Punglwa
Dimapur, March 14 (MExN): The Sainik Schools Society (SSS) under Ministry of Defence, Govt of India carries out Regular Inspection of all Sainik Schools. Gp Capt VT Parnaik, Inspecting Officer (IO) of SSS is visiting Sainik School Punglwa for this purpose. The IO will be at the School from March 14 to 17. During the Inspection, the IO will review the academic performance, interact with cadets and employees and discuss developmental works with senior state Govt officials.
