DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 20 (MExN): The Department of English at MGM College delivered a performance of Shakespeare’s Macbeth on October 19, drawing a full house to the college auditorium.
The evening began with a keynote address from Ahikali I Jakha, Head of the English Department. This was followed by a message of encouragement from Father Giju George, the college administrator.
Administrator Father Giju George commended the department, calling the production "a testament to the power of the arts in education." The department also expressed its gratitude to everyone who contributed to the production, from the technical crew to the performers and supporting staff.
The performance concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dhozimong Sangtam, a fifth-semester student.
