Midland residents join social work on October 1.

Midland ward on Thursday joined the rest of the wards in conducting social work under Kohima municipality.
The social work was conducted as per a circular issued by Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) in compliance with the Ministry Guideline and the ongoing programme, Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 under the theme “Swachhata Main Sabhag: Swachh Bharat, Viksit Bharat” in a ‘Whole of Government’ and ‘Whole of Society’ under ‘Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath Shrandaan.’
During social work at Midland, KMC Councillor Kekhrieselhou Metha provided refreshment to all the participants.
Meanwhile, Midland Council Chairman Menuokholie Kire thanked all the concerned citizens for their active participation in this cleanliness drive.
