One person was found dead at the lake near Fire and Emergency Service station at BOC, Kohima on May 12. The body was discovered around 7:30 am by passersby. The deceased was a migrant worker from Bihar, presently residing at Lower PR Hill colony, who has been working in Kohima as a daily wage labourer along with his son. According to Police, the deceased is said to have left his home the previous evening without informing anyone and did not return home. While post mortem was conducted, police sources informed that “No foul play is suspected.”
