Dimapur, October 3 (MExN): May I Help You Organization (MIHYO) Nagaland released its first ever calendar (2019) on September 30 at its treasury office, Dimapur.
A press release from the organization stated that MIHYO was formed to “help the people and promote the cultural and indigenous traditional practices of Nagaland in particular and Northeast in general”.
It was formed by a group of students from different states of Northeast that includes Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, Nagaland and Meghalaya at the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya from different fields of study.
The organization will initially function from Nagaland state and thereafter expand to other states once its stability is ensured. President K Lenangh Angh in his speech stated that there are many NGOS but only those who work with utmost dedication will bear the fruit. He expressed that MIHYO hopes to become of such organization.
He stressed on the need to look beyond the limited government jobs while also reminding the young people not to miss the opportunity and take advantage of the government’s start up initiative launched to promote entrepreneurship.
