Minister Kaito inaugurates MNERGA road

Minister for road and bridges Kaito Aye inaugurated the 29 Km MNERGA road connecting Anatonger and Thonoknyu at Tapi Village/Thura at river Zungki on Wednesday last in presence of village elders and public leaders of the area.
While inaugurating the road, the Minster said that DAN government is for people welfare and because of which no matter where the place may be, development will take place. He also added that since he is for the people, he will go to any extent for the welfare of the people and that is why he has reached this place.
Calling upon the people to live in harmony the minister said, “Do not flare up minor issue prevailing in the area but rather to solve it amicably so that there is peace in the area.” He also asked the gathering to use the present leadership judiciously so that development comes to your door step.
Commenting on the two points memorandum submitted by the Anatonger villager the Minister assure the villager that ‘MNERGA road which he has inaugurate will be taken over by NPWD and the bridge to be constructed over Zungki river will be taken into consideration after consulting with the Chief Minister.’ He also donated Rs 1 lakh towards the Anatonger village.
T. Torechu Parliamentary secretary CAWD and chairman DPDB Kiphire and S. Heno Parliamentary Secretary Fisheries, Printing and stationeries, Relief and Rehabilitation and the Chairman DPDB Tuensang accompanied the minister.
