Dimapur, March 9 (MExN): In commemoration of International Women’s Day on March 8, minority communities of Dimapur honoured and felicitated Neena Dutta, Principal, St Mary’s Montessori Hr. Sec. School, Dimapur for her contribution as woman entrepreneur and educationist.
A press release informed that she was felicitated in the presence of leaders of different minority communities, including Kumar Subba, President, Gorkha Union; Ahidur Rahman, Working President, Muslim Council; Yoginder Gupta, General Secretary, Nagaland Bhojpuri Samaj; Rajesh Sethi, Marwari Samaj; Mahendra Thousen, Kachari Tribal Council Nagaland; Suresh Paira, NPF Minority Wing Dimapur Division; Sanjay Dey from Bengali Community; and youth leaders from different non-Naga communities.
During the celebration, the minority communities also encouraged women for their participation and contribution in the society, the release added.
