Dimapur | March 3
The Government of India’s representative to the Indo-Naga political talks, AK Mishra has landed in Nagaland, again. Mishra landed in Dimapur on March 3.
The hush-hush visit was barely 2 weeks after his previous 2-day trip in February, which was marked by meetings with the Working Committee, Naga National Political Groups; NSCN (IM), the two groups of the GPRN/NSCN led by Alezo-Neokpao and N Kitovi Zhimomi, and a cross section of the Naga civil society organisations, including the Forum for Naga Reconciliation. He had also reportedly met General (retired) Niki Sumi, President of the NSCN-K (Niki).
After landing on Monday, Mishra was said to have started meeting people, but his itinerary, this time, remained a tightly kept secret.
