Miss Phom, which was conceptualised by Yingla Welfare Society (Longleng district based NGO) since 2006, has been instrumental in re-inventing the definition of beauty and intelligence, and setting new landmark each year for young girls, stated a press release from Hongba Phom, Convenor, Miss Phom 2017.
