Dimapur, June 25 (MExN): ‘Mission Naga 2007- Renew the forgotten calling’ gets off to a lively start today with more than 400 young people taking part in the 5 day long programme at Eastern Bible College, Dimapur. About 22 Koreans are also said to be present in the Withee Mission International, South Korea organized programme which aims to mobilize the youths for mission work.

Nagaland can be compared to the stump or the Holy Seed which is described in Isaiah 6:13. Yes! You are not only gentle, kind and pure but also redeemed by Jesus Christ.”
While calling the Nagas as people who try to live in a righteous way, Rev.Barnabas C.S.Moon also wrote but “Nagas are living under serious suffering and political oppression”. Many things have been stolen from the Nagas by the political forces, he further added. Like the Koreans who have sent out 15,000 missionaries for the Lord, he also in the written statement called upon the Naga nation to send missionaries to the NE India and to the unreached people of other religion in west Asia.
The organizers also hope that the congregation will discover God’s amazing providence and plans for all nations through the lectures, mission group films, small group activities, talks with missionaries, praise and worship. Infact, Mission Naga is mission conference in Asia, helping students becoming familiar with global missions and urging themselves to the duty.
