Kohima, March 1 (MExN): The Modern Institute of Teacher Education (MITE), Kohima celebrated its 7th foundation cum cultural day at the College Auditorium, Kohima on March 1.
The significance of the Foundation Day was delivered by Pelee Hekha, Managing Director of MITE. He emphasized on how important it is to form a strong foundation. The changing trend in B.Ed Course was also highlighted.
Managing Director advised that our youth should “Work and Learn” rather than sit at home and remain frustrated. He also stressed on the importance of time management in changing world.
The programme was chaired by Kito and Aseo of B.Ed Student-Teachers. The programme included Cultural Dance, Puppet Show and a Talk Show performed by Student-Teachers of B.Ed Semester-II. The program concluded with a vote of thanks from Yarmongla.
