MITE Kohima holds fifth Graduation Day

Kohima, November 25 (MExN): The fifth Graduation Day of Modern Institute of Teacher Education (MITE), Kohima was held on November 25 with Professor Ramesh C Gupta, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Nagaland University as the chief guest.  

MITE principal, Devanand Sinha in the welcome address highlighted the result of the college. In the 2015-17 batch, there were three toppers in the university list of top twenty, he informed. He requested the chief guest for his help in the process of upgrading to M.Ed course at MITE.  

The institute also felicitated the university toppers, college toppers, subject distinction holders and all the graduates.  

Imkongsenla Longchar, Asst. Professor, who had been conferred Doctorate on the topic “A study on the effectiveness of District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs) in Nagaland” was also felicitated.  

The chief guest also inaugurated the North East Career Club.
