Kohima, October 17 (MExN): The National People’s Party (NPP) Nagaland State has appointed MLA Dr Tseilhoutuo (Ato) Rhutso as its Working President. A notification from the NPP Nagaland State President, A Nyamnyei Konyak informed that Dr Tseilhoutuo was appointed to the post with effect from October 13 till further notice. The NPP has 5 legislators in the 60-member Nagaland Legislative Assembly.
