MLA Neiba Kronu on Saturday inaugurated the Direction Tower, Ambulance, Security Camera (CCTV) and Watch Tower in Pfutsero Town under Phek district.
Appreciating the Kalos Society and Red Cross Society, Pfutsero branch for their noble and charitable work/service done towards the people of Pfutsero Town area, he encouraged the Kalos Society to continue to do the noble job even in the near future.
Kronu also asked IRCS Pfutsero branch to take good care of the ambulance and maintain it well, so as to give good services to the people stating Pfutsero Town is one of the fastest growing towns in Nagaland.
Maintaining that no country or society developed without people having civic sense and discipline, he also encouraged the people to adopt good sanitary practices.
He further highlighted about the potential in tourism and urged the public to give helping hand and co-operation to develop Pfutsero into a tourist spot. The MLA also pointed out some of the tourism projects initiated by him like Para-gliding, Park at Kade and hospital at Pfutsero etc.
Later, Kronu had a consultative meeting with senior citizens of Pfutsero Town.
