MOKOKCHUNG, MARCH 30 (MExN): The Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC) has revised the rates of Pork, Beef/Buffalo meat with immediate effect. In an order, the MMC informed that the rate of cut meat for Pork would be Rs 330; whole sale/live weight at Rs 280, head/leg Rs 310 and stomach/intestine at Rs 260. For Beef/Buffalo, the rate for cut mean has been revised to Rs 280, intestine/stomach Rs 230, head & leg RS 110. Further, the MCC has directed all concerned to strictly adhere to the above rates while cautioning that anyone found selling above the prescribed rates within the jurisdiction of MMC shall be punished under relevant provision of law.
