Mobile service provided by Bhojpuri Samaj for outreach vaccination sessions was launched by Dimapur CMO on July 9.
Dimapur, July 9 (MExN): To accelerate COVID-19 vaccination in urban areas, the Bhojpuri Samaj Dimapur in collaboration with the CMO’s office Dimapur provided mobile service for COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination ambulance service will be utilized during the vaccination outreach sessions in urban areas.
On July 9, the Bhojpuri Samaj Dimapur donated the mobile COVID-19 vaccination service in Dimapur district which was launched by Dr I Moatemjen, Chief Medical Officer Dimapur.
During the launching ceremony, Ram Sharma Project Chairman, NBS Dimapur stated that the Bhojpuri Samaj has been at the forefront of helping the needy during the COVID-19 pandemic and conveyed that the mobile services was in continuation of their services.
The CMO thanked the Bhojpuri Samaj for extending their services and appreciated them for also providing the manpower to carry out the mobile COVID-19 vaccination service in urban areas.
Dr Rebecca DPO, UIP-RCH, while hosting the ceremony, informed that the first mobile COVID-19 vaccination service by the Bhojpuri Samaj will be held in New Market during the day.
