
Tuensang, April 28 (MExN): In view of potential outbreak of COVID-19 in the district, Tuensang District Task Force (DTF) on COVID and District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) will conduct a mock drill on April 29 at GHSS Tuensang. In this regard, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) & CEO DDMA, Tuensang, Ajit Kumar Verma IAS conducted a Table Top Exercise on April 28 at Deputy Commissioner Conference hall, which is a preparatory to the event. During the exercises for the mock drill members discussed capabilities of the district how to respond and manage the case of detection of COVID - 19 positive in the district. Exercising the event, Dr. John from District Hospital Tuensang highlighted the Case Scenario for the mock drills. Briefing the members John also reminded the responsible officers who will instructed for the participation. Concluding the exercise ADC led all participants and visited the designated venue for the mock drill.
Wokha: Wokha District task force on COVID-19 and District Disaster management Authority (DDMA) will conduct mock drill on April 29, at District hospital Wokha, in this regard the DTF held a meeting at DCs conference hall on April 28.
DC & Chairman DTF Wokha, Orenthung Lotha who chaired the meeting stated that so far God is so gracious to our state and Wokha district in particular as we have no COVID-19 pandemic cases so far, but this pandemic is going to stay with us so this is the time all of us has to prepare, we should not be found waiting when actual things happen.
