Nagas’ society is becoming a superficial Christian society. Christianity is professed but morality is not practiced. Many Nagas’ are believing in human suppositions to be God’s revelation and many are being persuaded, misled, and killed by their enticing supposed light or messages. Their prayers of threats and warning have destroyed many souls to death. Their beliefs are taken to be absolute truth. With their crafty skill, they would convince the simple hearted and innocent believers to believe what they say. What a deception and destruction are they causing upon the society and Nation at large? It is time to seriously reason and discern the truth from the false. We Nagas must wake-up from simple minded state to higher consciousness and to scientific reasoning. The world is drowning into deep moral corruption. People are more to money making than to building moral character. Today, Money Become the visible God and the true worship of God is only a formality. This spells doom to our society.
We are making ourselves very unreal by the way we think, believe and practice. Nagas are easy to believe what others say about the thing they know not. Therefore, the Nagas society has fallen victims of modern sensational revivalism and spiritualism. The Bible warns us to, “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world and not after Christ”- Col.2:8. Many Nagas’ leaders and preachers are misleading the people by their own or borrowed philosophies to make the people recognise them as great leaders, preachers, Visioners all for their positions, fame and powers in the name of God. This is hypocrisy and blasphemy. Jesus Christ once said, these Pharisees and hypocrites preach, but do not practice. Mtt.23:3. They would pray aloud, shouting with exaggerated tone, saying Halleluiah- Praise the Lord many times, sounding religious. They would pronounce words of threats and warnings, telling the sicks and the simple hearted that unless they repent they would face terrible misfortunes, death of any tragedy. They would go to the extent of prophesying the future of the person and frightening them of death or consequences of their past sins to befall on them if they don’t repent. Some even prophesy of the past sinful events and telling the living that they would face the consequences if they don’t confess and repent of their sins. Thus the simple hearted would belief and confess their secret sins openly only to remind and re-create the problems to their own destruction.
Once they are caught in the words of bewitching preachers or professed Visioners, they falls victims of fear, doubts, wariness and end up their lives by such false belief to be true. The victims are being poisoned by doubts to death. The so called Visioners or trans-goers are mostly deceivers and liars. They are killers of souls and bodies. Nagas must guard themselves from these beguiling crooks.
Concern that many Nagas have been misled, hypnotised, and killed by wolves in sheep’s clothing. The bible clearly warns such apostasy and prophesies. The deceivers are using their utmost trick to make people believe their persons rather than God. They would use the name of Jesus and making miracles in their eyes to convince them that they are from heaven. Jesus said, “Woe to you, blind guides”- read Mat. 23: 16-29. The Apostle Paul, warn that, such mystery of iniquity would come and even already working among the people now. Thess.2:3,4,7. Our minds must be guarded by our moral conscience and power of discernment against these invisible agents of destruction. On the last day, many of these people will shout to the Lord, “did we not cast out demons in your name and do much mighty works in your name? And then I (the Lord) will declare to them, I never knew you he who practices lawlessness”-Matt7:22-23.
