A hoarding appreciating the women frontline workers of COVID-19 on display in Mokokchung.
Mokokchung, July 14 (MExN): The District Administration and the District Level Centre for Women- Mahila Shakti Kendra, Mokokchung under the banner of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao put up hoardings appreciating the women frontline workers of COVID-19 in different junctions in and around Mokokchung District.
They also conducted online competitions during the month of May and June 2020. The various competitions consist of Father & Daughter Selfie Competition, Skit Competition on account of World Day against Child Labor, Debate Competition basing on the women, Home music video of Girls’ Band.
All the winners were awarded with cash prizes and certificates and the participants with certificates and gift hampers, informed a press release issued by Moamenla, Women Welfare Officer, (DLCW-MSK) District Administration, Mokokchung.
Furthermore, the top scoring girls of HSLC and HSSLC from government schools under the district at the recently declared State Board Exam along with the State Toppers among the girls from the district were awarded with cash and certificates as part of the BBBP campaign component.
The Best Performer among Anganwadi workers from all the six ICDS project was also felicitated with cash prize along with certificates on July 14.
