Childline 1098 Mokokchung with children at Unger Village during one of the ‘Childline Se Dosti Week’ activities in the district.

Along with the nation, under the directive of the Childline India Foundation (CIF), Childline 1098, Mokokchung celebrated, 'Childline Se Dosti Week' from November 14 to 20 by organizing different activities to mark the celebration.
‘Childline Se Dosti’ is a weeklong national campaign that aims to make citizens stakeholders in Childline 1098.
Childline1098 Mokokchung visited Unger Village under Mokokchung district creating awareness among the parents and provided stationeries to about 50 children. It also conducted a signature campaign which was launched by Deputy Commissioner and Chairperson, Childline Advisory Board, Shashank Pratap Singh, during a meeting of the administrative officers.
Every signatory pledged to help any children in distress and in need of care and protection. More than 200 people participated in the signature campaign.
Childline1098 Mokokchung visited Lenjem Hospital and Woodland Nursing Home Mokokchung where an awareness of the campaign was shared. It also collaborated with District Child Protection Unit (DCPU) to establish a child-friendly room in Police Station II, Marepkong Ward. Childline thanked Superintendent of Police Aotula T Imchen for allocating the space for the room.
