MOKOKCHUNG, APRIL 29 (MExN): The Mokokchung Friday League is scheduled to kick off from May 6 at the Assam Rifles Football Ground Mokokchung.
The event is an amateur Football League established in 2022 to be played between clubs from Mokokchung not registered or affiliated to any football association.
The objective of the league is solely recreational and for the purpose of promoting friendship, health and unity through the beautiful game of football amongst non professional players who are of the age 35 years and above, informed the organisers.
The inaugural league will be played between 6 clubs namely Aturar FC, Royal Enfield Mokokchung, New Ecclesia FC, Revenant FC, Senso Sporting and Terokroker FC.
