Mokokchung, October 14 (MExN): All the pensioner who are drawing pension payment from Sr Treasury office, Mokokchung have been notified to submit Life Certificate supported by identity card ‘D’ duly renewed from the pensioner Association office Mokokchung, and pension payment order book (PPO), along with photo-copy of Aadhaar and bank pass book on the given date.
Treasury Officer, Mokokchung, Temsupongla notified that Life Certificate can be collected from the office on all working days. No pension payment shall be released who fails to submit the required documents on the given date, it also notified. This is being done to update and ascertain the continued existence of the pensioner Vide central Treasury Rule No-367 and 360 (IV).
Pension verification
In pursuance of the Central Treasury Rules identification of all pensioner to verify and update the continued existence of the pensioner will be conducted on the following dates; November 4: Tsusapang, Sungkumen, Tongdentsuyong, Alempang, Alongmen, Dilong and Yimyu ward; November 5: Kapayong, Salangtem, Penli, Majakong, Artang, Marepkong and Lijabalijen ward; November 6: Mongsenbai, Kumlong, Kichutip, Sangtemla, Arkong and Aongza ward; November 7: Ongpangkong Range; November 8: Asetkong, Langpangkong, Jangpetkong, Tsurangkong and Japukong Range.
The Treasury Officer also informed all the pensioners to bring their identity card ‘D’ duly renewed from the Pensioner Office. Life certificate form can be obtained from the office on all working days which should be duly filled and submit during verification. It was also informed that no pension payment shall be made without verification.
