Dimapur, October 27 (MExN): Mon District Legal Services Authority conducted one day workshop on Mediation Techniques with Customary Court officials and District Dobashis at Customary Court DC Office, Mon. The programme was chaired by N Mannon, Panel Lawyer. Welcome address was delivered by M Moba, Retainer Lawyer.
Keynote address and topic on concept of mediation, applicability of Mediation Techniques in Customary court, types of cases that can be referred for Mediation was delivered by Seyielenuo Mezhü (NJS) Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Secretary MDLSA.
Workshop on 'Mediation techniques' with the officials of customary court, Mokokchung was held on October 25. Lipokakum, Para Legal Volunteer chaired the programme. Holika Sukhalu delivered the keynote address, exhortation was delivered by Temsuchuba EAC and the resource person was Sentinaro, followed by discussion.
