Mon Smart Hub initiative made operational for public

Mon, February 3 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner Mon has informed that the Mon Smart Hub Initiative has been made operational for the general public of the district.

The initiative brings major administrative services onto a single digital platform with the objective of enabling faster, more transparent and efficient public service delivery.

Under the initiative, judicial services include income certificate, movement permit, religious certificate, domicile certificate and marriage certificate. Arms-related services include purchase permits for arms and ammunition and carrying permits. Land revenue services cover renewal of site permits, construction permits and issuance of duplicate site permits. Development-related services include Village Development Board appointments, while services under the Mon Town Council include issuance and renewal of trade permits.

Residents can apply for various government-related services online through the Mon Smart Hub portal after completing the required registration on the platform. Those requiring assistance with the online application process may visit any Common Service Centre within the district, where support is available for registration and submission of applications.
