Jalukie, April 22 (MExN): The Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC) of Jalukie, Sizin Renttah, has notified that the Mongleu bridge on the PWD road at Saijang will remain closed till further notice due to ongoing partial repair works.
In a notification, the EAC said a complete restriction on vehicular movement has been imposed to facilitate the repair of the bridge.
Commuters have been advised to use the designated diversion located a few metres away from the bridge during the period of closure.
The authorities have urged the public to cooperate and adhere to the restrictions to ensure smooth execution of the repair work, the release issued by the District Public Relations Officer (DPRO), Peren, stated.
