Kudecho Khamo addresses Phek DPDB meeting on June 12.
Kohima, June 13 (MExN): Nagaland CAWD & Taxes Advisor and Phek DPDB Chairman, Kudecho Khamo proposed for conduct of monthly social work at Phek town and it was agreed by the members at the monthly meeting of DPDB Phek at DC's conference hall, Phek on June 12.
Khamo, who is also the newly appointed Chairman DPDB Phek, asked the officers at the meeting to execute all developmental funding schemes effectively for the upliftment of the district.
Earlier, DC and Vice Chairman, DPDB, Phek, Rhosietho Nguori, NCS presided the proceedings of the meeting.
MLA Kuzholuzo Nienu and MLA Dr Neisatuo Mero also addressed the meeting. The department officers were requested to work in full cooperation with mandated Phek town Councillors, and were asked to continue to maintain clean environment of Phek town.
Agenda for registration of Society in respect of Runguzu Students Union which was presented by the leader of Concerned RSU was agreed by the House for recommendation to government for approval. Another agenda, for the conduct of monthly mass social work at Phek town was also discussed and agreed by Members of the House.
A presentation was made by the department of Youth Resources and Sports Department at the meeting. Power Department and Department of Fisheries were entrusted to make presentations for the next DPDB meeting.
The meeting started with invocation prayer by Dr Vezhoto Soho, Associate Pastor, Phek Town Baptist Church.
