Dimapur: DC & DEO Dimapur, Sushil Kumar Patel (IAS) has informed all polling personnel drafted for election duty for Dimapur district that the 3rd phase of training will be held from February 23 and 24 at Dimapur Government College. On February 23, training for Presiding officers and 1st Polling officers will start from 12:00 noon to 2:30 pm while training for 2nd and 3rd Polling officers would be held from 3:00 to 4:00pm. On February 24 training for 4th Polling officers (VVPAT) will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. All polling personnel are directed to bring a copy of passport photograph during the training. Appointment orders will also be issued during the 2 days training.
Mokokchung: DC & DEO, Mokokchung has informed those polling personnel, DEF, NAP and Driver applied for Postal Ballot and missed out for casting their Postal Ballot on the scheduled dates from February 19 to 21 at designated Facilitation Centres that another date is hereby fixed as given, in order to facilitate the voters. DEF, NAP, DC staff, Fire Personnel, NPTO, Wireless Personnel and Drivers on February 23, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Dobashi Court, DC Office Mokokchung; Polling Personnel on February 23 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM at Training centre Mayangnokcha Higher Secondary School, Mokokchung.
