Dimapur, June 7 (MExN): According to the daily briefing report of the government, as part of the ongoing exercise of bringing the returnees to the State, a bus carrying 29 passengers from Jammu and Kashmir will be reaching Nagaland on June 7.
34 passengers from Madhya Pradesh will be arriving by bus, as well as, a special train from Maharashtra and Gujarat carrying 938 persons will also be arriving on June 8.
Meanwhile, a special bus carrying 17 stranded people in Jharkhand and Bihar was also reported to have started from Ranchi in Jharkhand on Sunday. 6 people were on board the Dimapur-bound special bus while the remaining 11 were to join them on the way.
According to a tweet by Dinesh Kumar, Commissioner and Secretary, Government of Nagaland and Chief Nodal officer for Inter State Movement, the special bus from Jharkhand was sponsored by the Nagaland government.
