Kohima, March 2 (MExN): The Kidima Women Organisation (KWO) Kohima held its 7th general body meeting on February 28 at Kidima Community Hall Kohima with Tenyisele Helena Thol as the speaker. She said, “Mothers are the 'First Teacher' in the family where she educates her children of earthly and moral life.” She went on to say that an ideal woman should love her husband, nurture and mould her children to become a responsible citizen in the society. Exhortation was given by Videzole. Earlier the programme was chaired by Akrole Ltu, special song was presented by Lower AG colony women. The organisation reports were read out by the general secretary and Treasurer 7 (seven) oldest women were accorded honour. Vote of thanks was given by Zakietuono Vitso. Election of the new Office Bearers for the 2017-2019 was held where Tsale Yore was elected the President to lead the new team.
Around 170 Kidima women participated. The meeting concluded with a mass prayer followed Light refreshment.
