Dimapur, October 7 (MExN): Nagaland lone Member of Parliament to Rajya Sabha, S Phangnon Konyak will attend the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York from October 8 to 14, 2025.
She will be part of the first non-official Indian Parliamentary Delegation, comprising 15 Members of Parliament, participating in the session.
According to a press note from the Office of the MP, the visit aims to enhance parliamentary engagement and strengthen India’s voice in global discussions on peace, development, and international cooperation.
