MPL: Kohima Raiders on top

DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 28 (MExN): Gameweek 2 of the LirunaS Morning Premier League (MPL) ended today at D-Khel ground, Seikhazou, with Unity FC beating Gazelle FC by a score line of 2-1. 

Ellem and Mele were the goal scorers for Unity FC while Mar scored the lone goal for Gazelle FC. At the end of week 2, Kohima Raiders have moved up two places in the league points table to finish at the top position with 6 points. 

All Blacks are in second position on goal difference while Morung United FC are third with 4 points and Vanguard Old Boys have dropped down to  4th. Gameweek 3 will commence on March 2 where Merhulietsa FC will take on Getthemgo FC.
