The Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) Promotion Council of India officially launched its district office at the Office Complex, Danlepdong Ward-6, Noklak Town.
The event held on March 21, was chaired by Sangtso T, Vice Chairman of MSME PCI, Noklak.
Addressing the gathering, Lanuakum Jamir, State Chairman of MSME PCI, Nagaland, emphasised that the establishment of the district office would serve as a catalyst for development, fostering better linkages between farmers and the public. He urged local village authorities to extend their cooperation, underscoring that the primary objective of the office is to provide job opportunities for unemployed youth through various government schemes and financial assistance programs. The initiative aims to empower aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners, ensuring economic growth and self-sufficiency within the district.
Earlier, the event was graced by Samuel, Finance & Property Secretary of KBCA. The welcome note was delivered by P Hatho, Chairman of MSME PCI, Noklak.
Short speeches were delivered by the prominent speakers including Kikhumthong, Functional Manager, Sub District Industries Centre, Noklak, Assistant Manager, SBI Noklak and EAC, Noklak HQ.
Earlier, the welcome address was delivered by P Hatho, Chairman of MSME PCI, Noklak, while Shiulimkiu, Vice Chairman of MSME PCI, Noklak, expressed gratitude through the vote of thanks. The programme concluded with a benediction by Luzo, Youth Pastor of Noklak Town Baptist Church (NTBC).
