Tseminyu DC Dr Zasekuolie Chusi with others during 4th Alumni Meet of Mt Terogvu Theological College Zunpha.

Kohima, November 27 (MExN): The Mt Terogvu Theological College Zunpha, Tseminyu held its 4th Alumni Meet from November 23 to 25 last. 43 alumni from different parts of the state and beyond attended the meet.
During the three days meet, worship speakers and resource persons presented topics relevant to the contemporary ministry. The alumni members also shared their experiences of joys in the ministry.
The meet culminated along with the College Annual Cultural Day under the theme “Old is Gold” with Dr Zasekuolie Chusi, Deputy Commissioner Tseminyu as the special guest.
Chusi was impressed by varied cultural and ethnic group representations. He stressed on the importance of preserving and promoting “our priceless cultural heritage which is our identity.”
He also reminded the students to be aware of the visible changes taking place day by day in order to present the gospel contextually.
Rev Khisenlo Apon invoked God’s blessing while welcome address was delivered by Dr. Rushulo Seb, Principal.
Highlights of the programme included; Colors of Mt. TTC, Rengma Folk Dance, Nepali Dance, Bodo Dance, Lotha Folk Melody, Zomi Dance, Khiamniungan Bamboo Dance, Pochury Folk Song, Arunachal Folk Dance, Traditional Fire Making, Spear kick, Tug of War.
The programme was hosted by Diana K Vimera and Enock Seb while vote of thanks was proposed by Burtoshi Jamir. Meanwhile, the new team of Mt TTCAA (2022-2025) has been announced with Kenyulo Kent (President), Rokono Neikha (Vice President), Roma Gurung (General Secretary), Sherhunlo Kent (Treasurer) and other 7 regional coordinators.
