Four cyclists from Nagaland - Alemba Thongliu Tikhir, Kevilebo Zhotso, Kezevito Viswentso and Hedichising Hinglak recently participated in the 5-Day ‘MTB KIBITHOO - Mountain Biking Expedition.’ The event organised by Sports & Youth Affairs Government of Arunachal Pradesh saw participants travelling from Tezu to Kibitho, bordering China. Mountain Biking is growing at an exponential rate in India and especially in the North East, and governments from various states are adopting the sport as a catalyst to enhance the tourism industry.
