Mokokchung, October 28 (MExN): Christian Community Fellowship (CCF), English worship service under Mokokchung Town Baptist Church (MTBA) had a time of ‘evangelistic harvest’ on October 26 and 27 with Rev Dr Marnungsang, Principal of Clark Theological College as the speaker.

On the first day, the programme was held at Longkong Resort. The speaker encouraged the congregations to heed the Word of God so as to qualify as true harvesters in the field that Jesus has kept aside of us. “The bible says harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. In order to become a true harvester we need some certain rules to be followed strictly,” he said.

On day two, the programme was held in the main church were the speaker reminded the participants to accept the invitation of God. “Today, many Christians are not rooted in the teachings of Christ. In fact, ignored the call of God and as a result we failed to receive the free gift of salvation,” the speaker said while emphasizing from “The parable of the wedding feast.”

A press release issued by Jason, Media & Publicity In-charge stated that the two days evangelistic harvest was attended by different age group of people.
