The Nagaland Adventure Club (NAC) on Saturday distributed dry rations to stranded truck drivers on National Highway-29 stretch from Khuzama to Zubza.
NAC president Burakum Ao said that seeing the plight of the stranded truck drivers, the Club through the goodwill gesture of the well wishers and like-minded people had distributed essential commodities like rice, dal, potato, onion, eggs etc to the drivers.

Source informed that many trucks stranded along NH- 29 for almost 13 days following a massive landslide near Dziidza bridge between Kohima- Dimapur.
NAC advisor Peter Rutsa was hopeful that with the weather improving, the road will be cleared for atleast one way traffic in the next few days.
